Leaving Silves, finally

Well, we have finally made the decision that it is time to venture forth. This is an unnerving feeling, for sure, driving off towards the great unknown. Well, not quite the great unknown, as we headed to Falésia for a few days to break ourselves in! But it still feels pretty weird.

At the Falésia site, we were delighted to meet up with our lockdown pals, Gillian, Steve & Sasha, and Ann & Mick. Sure, it was like old times! Pip was overjoyed to see Gillian in particular 🧡

As a location, Falésia is hard to beat. It’s a little bit more expensive than the sister site at Silves, but that’s down to the prime site of being on the edge of one of the world’s most spectacular beaches 😍
